Common questions
Why should I register my warranty?
Registration puts your system, serial number, and install date on file, so warranty service is faster if you ever need it.
Where do I find my model and serial number?
Look for the label on the system, usually on the control valve, the tank, or the filter head. Your installer’s paperwork may also list it.
My water feels hard again. What should I check first?
Check the salt level in the brine tank and look for a hard salt crust (a salt bridge). Then make sure the clock is correct, especially after a power outage. If those look fine, send us a support request.
How often do I add salt to my softener?
It depends on your water hardness and how much water you use. Check salt regularly and follow your manual.
Why did my water pressure drop?
A clogged sediment or carbon filter is the most common cause. Replace the cartridge and check that bypass valves are fully open. If pressure stays low, contact support.
How often should I change my RO filters?
Change prefilters, postfilters, and the membrane on the schedule in your manual. See the Maintenance page for details.
My RO faucet is slow or the tank does not fill. What now?
This usually means filters are due or tank pressure is low. Replace the prefilters first. If that does not help, send a support request with your model and serial number.
Does the UV lamp need to be replaced if it still lights up?
Yes. UV output fades before the lamp burns out, so replace it on the schedule in your manual.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Send a support request with your name, model, serial number, install date, and a short description of the problem.
Who installs or services my system?
Your original dealer or installer is usually the fastest route for service. If you are not sure who that is, send a support request and we will help.
